Deep Dive Series is taught with care and adaptability as we blend education, gentle movement, and practical methods to enhance balance, avoid falls and evaluate common risk factors.
Deep Dive Series Is For
- Adults 55+ who want to improve balance and stability
- Anyone concerned about falls—or wanting to prevent them (inc.Caregivers & family)
- People noticing changes in strength, posture, or confidence
- Those wanting to feel safer in their environment and more capable in daily life

Class Details
Location: UNM–Taos, Bataan Hall
Dates & times: Session 1– March 21,10-12PM Session 2 – April 4, 10-12PM
Cost: $35 / per session or $60 for sessions 1 & 2
Scholarships available if unable to pay.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to keep classes personal and safe.
