Class Offerings
Aging is an adventure—and no two days are quite the same. Some days you’ve got extra pep, other days call for a gentler pace—and that’s all part of it. Pick the class that matches how you feel, and feel free to switch it up whenever you like.
$5 per class (free by prior arrangement). We’re committed to making classes accessible to all.
Women Only – Total Body Wellness
10:00–11:00 AM
Build strength, balance, flexibility, and functional movement in this energizing, women-only class designed to keep you active and moving with confidence. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor without assistance.
What to bring:
Water bottle, mat, Thera-band, and yoga strap (if you have them)
Co-ed Chair Class
11:30 AM–12:15 PM
Ideal for those with temporary or ongoing mobility limitations or mild cognitive changes, this supportive co-ed class focuses on building total-body strength, flexibility, balance, and gentle, functional movement—all from the stability of a chair or while standing.
What to bring:
Water bottle, Thera-band, and yoga strap (if you have them)
