A Simple Idea, With a Big Impact
Bonnie started Age Up Well Taos with a clear mission: to give seniors in Taos access to high-quality, affordable, fun, health and fitness programs that bring people together. Bonnie’s expertise and dedication, blends compassion, integrity, and skill — helping older adults stay active, healthy, and independent through the aging process.
AUWT
Age Up Well Taos began in 2021 with a commitment to offering affordable or free wellness classes specifically for women over the age of 55.
In 2023 a Co-Ed Chair class was added to help fill the need for those with less mobility or mild cognitive impairment, and to include men of all abilities.
Aging Up Well has always been the goal by creating a welcoming, inclusive space where older adults feel safe and can focus on their overall well-being while connecting with others in the community.
