At Age Up Well Taos, community is at the heart of everything we do. Movement keeps us strong—but connection is what keeps us thriving. We are proud to create spaces where older adults come together to move, learn, laugh, while supporting one another and our community. Throughout the year, AUWT hosts and participates in events that bring people together in meaningful ways.

Social Gatherings
Connection doesn’t stop when class ends! Join us for seasonal lunches and gathering. There are also plentiful Informal opportunities to connect, laugh, and build friendships.
