That’s why we offer 4 health and wellness classes with activities designed to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance in a peer supported environment—key elements that advocate independence and well-being.

Classes are just $5, or FREE by prior arrangement. We are committed to making our services accessible to all seniors in the community.

Age Up Well Taos, classes are created for seniors, by seniors — so we understand what your body needs to stay active, confident, and strong.
